Return Policy

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

Customers ARE Eligible to Return Products If:

  1. Dead on Arrival (DOA): The product doesn’t function properly upon unboxing and initial setup.
  2. Hardware Malfunction: The product malfunctions or a hardware component fails during the applicable warranty period.
  3. Incorrect Shipment: The product/item received is different from what was ordered by the customer.

Customers ARE NOT Eligible to Return Products If:

  1. Self-induced Damage: The product has been damaged due to customer actions, ie: accidental water spillage, drops, or other physical damage.
  2. Unauthorized Servicing: The product has been opened, modified, or serviced by any provider other than Newzon Digital or our authorized service partners.

RETURN PROCESS

  1. Initiation: To initiate a return, customers must contact Newzon Digital Customer Support within the SAME DAY of receiving the product
  2. Documentation: Customers may be required to provide:
    • Proof of purchase (receipt)
    • Product serial number
    • Photos of the defective/incorrect product
    • Description of the issue
  3. Evaluation: Our technical support team will evaluate all return requests to verify eligibility.
  4. Return Authorization: If approved, customers will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
  5. Shipping: Customers must return the product in its original packaging with all included accessories, manuals, and documentation.

REFUNDS AND REPLACEMENTS

  1. Refund Timeline: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, approved refunds will be processed within 2 business days.
  2. Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.
  3. Replacement Options: For eligible returns, customers may choose between:
    • Direct replacement with an identical product
    • Full refund
  4. Shipping Costs:
    • For DOA products or incorrect shipments, Newzon Digital will cover the return shipping costs.
    • For warranty claims , customers will not be responsible for shipping costs to our service center, while Newzon Digital will cover the cost of returning the repaired/replaced product.
