ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
Customers ARE Eligible to Return Products If:
- Dead on Arrival (DOA): The product doesn’t function properly upon unboxing and initial setup.
- Hardware Malfunction: The product malfunctions or a hardware component fails during the applicable warranty period.
- Incorrect Shipment: The product/item received is different from what was ordered by the customer.
Customers ARE NOT Eligible to Return Products If:
- Self-induced Damage: The product has been damaged due to customer actions, ie: accidental water spillage, drops, or other physical damage.
- Unauthorized Servicing: The product has been opened, modified, or serviced by any provider other than Newzon Digital or our authorized service partners.
RETURN PROCESS
- Initiation: To initiate a return, customers must contact Newzon Digital Customer Support within the SAME DAY of receiving the product
- Documentation: Customers may be required to provide:
- Proof of purchase (receipt)
- Product serial number
- Photos of the defective/incorrect product
- Description of the issue
- Evaluation: Our technical support team will evaluate all return requests to verify eligibility.
- Return Authorization: If approved, customers will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
- Shipping: Customers must return the product in its original packaging with all included accessories, manuals, and documentation.
REFUNDS AND REPLACEMENTS
- Refund Timeline: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, approved refunds will be processed within 2 business days.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.
- Replacement Options: For eligible returns, customers may choose between:
- Direct replacement with an identical product
- Full refund
- Shipping Costs:
- For DOA products or incorrect shipments, Newzon Digital will cover the return shipping costs.
- For warranty claims , customers will not be responsible for shipping costs to our service center, while Newzon Digital will cover the cost of returning the repaired/replaced product.
